Booking Policy

At AventoTours, we aim to provide transparency and flexibility in our booking process.
Please review our Booking Policy to understand payment, pick-up, cancellation, and rescheduling terms.

1. Booking Options

  • Book directly through our website or via our platforms on GetYourGuide and Viator.
  • Once a booking is completed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the details.

2. Payment Terms

  • 50% Deposit: Pay 50% upfront to secure your booking. The remaining 50% must be paid directly to the driver at pick-up.
  • Full Payment: Pay the full tour amount at the time of booking for convenience.
  • All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

3. Pick-Up and Drop-Off

  • Pick-up location details must be provided during booking.
  • Changes to pick-up details must be communicated at least 24 hours before the tour.
  • Drivers will wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ Hours Before Tour Start: Full refund for cancellations.
  • Less Than 48 Hours: A 50% refund of the total amount or the option to reschedule.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

5. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is free if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
  • If the new tour is more expensive, the price difference must be paid.

6. Special Offers and Discounts

  • Discounts, if available, are applied automatically during booking.
  • Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
